My husband called early in the morning to report he had a bad fall the night before. He was on a blood thinner and that complicated the situation. He asked me to call EA+ to alert them of his accident and that he was being transported to a nearby clinic.
I cannot express how wonderful my experience was with the EA+ representative John. He was wonderful! I immediately felt like I wasn’t in this alone. It took some hours for me to hear a diagnosis and in the meantime, John called to check on the situation. Luckily, my husband didn’t fracture his hip, and the doctors determined that he was going to be able to come home on his commercial flight with the help of his friends.
Just the peace of mind I had having EA+ was worth the yearly cost! Thank you so very much! Having a trained EA+ representative to assist me and who gave me support. I am confident that if ever we need EA+ they will be there for us! I kind of think this experience was like a trial run!
