In 2018 my husband had a heart attack with complications while we were winter Texans. I called EA+ for help.
My husband was in 3 hospitals and rehab. EA+ called me every day to see how I was doing and checking on my husband and when he would be released. We had to wait for the plane to arrive once my husband was released, so EA+ paid for a motel and provided a nurse escort to come check on him daily. Also, EA+ scheduled our plane and transportation to take us to the airport with oxygen and the nurse escort. Meanwhile, they provided transport home for our car and camper. When we arrived at the airport near our home, again, we had transportation arranged by EA+ to take us home 45 minutes away. The nurse escort came with us and checked my husband’s vitals before leaving. Our car and camper arrived before us in good shape.
We have recommended EA+ to everyone we know who travels. What a blessing for us.
